Caroline who grew up in the wilds of Wales, guides you through yoga asanas with the aim to improve flexibility and build
your own practice whatever your ability. A student in both anatomy and yoga, Caroline has been teaching since 2011,
in Ashtanga vinyasa flow, power yoga, restorative practices and the science of Ayurveda.
Caroline regularly leads Yoga and Standup Paddleboard Yoga retreats and spends her time predominantly in London
teaching both public and private classes in some of the best studios in the city. Her classes offer students a way to challenge their physical and mental limits, develop strength, flexibility, awareness and balance.
